Anyways, my guess is that 'Pool wasn't in the VS games because he just wasn't really that popular until the past few years, back then he was more of a cult favorite... Of course Blackheart being included kinda debunks that, because I'd never heard of him until the games...
Marvel and DC should make a VS game just so we can see this:
