"Point: Isn't that what kids should be able to say about all games? "
Huh?
But that was funny.
Psh, My dad let me play the scary games in addition to watching him play them when I was growing up.
Kids should be able to say "this is great cos you can shoot zombies in the face!!" about all games they play, even kiddy LEGO ones.
LEGO Dawn of the Dead? DO Want!!
At least he doesn't watch you play Silent Hill 2 and draw pictures of Pyramid Head raping mannequins. This was pretty funny though
That's awesome. Like, super bona fide badass awesome.
He even drew Louis and Zoey with the weapons they carry in the trailer and posters.
Observant little dude. Also, proof of good marketing.
I don't know whether I approve or disapprove of you letting your kid watch you play L4D. I think one of the reasons I came out the way I did (i.e. pretty nice guy) is because my parents watched what they let me play up until a few years ago. When I have kids, I'm going to continue this practice.
But hey, I'm not telling you how to raise your kid, you do whatever the fuck you want.
Those bullets are too big. Totally unrealistic.
Reminds me of hiding behind a couch during scary movies as a kid.
Also, DAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWW
@Ron
Sucks for you I guess. Parents I guess were just more lenient in the 80's, my parents didn't really know shit about video games so why bother watch what I'm playing and psh movies? I was watching rated R movies before I was 6. I turned out just fine, and I'm sure you would have to had your parents not been so over protective. Just saying, it really just depends on how you as a parent feel your child can handle such material. Some kids handle it just fine, while a rare bunch seem to imitate art because they are fucking morons.
I was a messed up kid like that. Doom was one of my favorite games of all time when I was about 8 years old, but stuff like King's Quest always scared the living daylights out of me.
Im with Chronoswing on parenting. Dude, lets write a Dr. Phil style book. Shut up. You wanna be rich dont you?
I remember doing the same thing with my dad with RE ...(good times, damn you for making me feel like y0j1mb0 remembering the old times and talking about old stuff because he's old)
