Hi, my name is Maxwell.
I love the following things: football, football(yes I did type it twice. football is not called soccer), games, spicy food, noodles, and wearing sunglasses.

The games that are on top of my list are: Metal Gear Solid (all four are great), the first two Syphon Filter, Pro Evo Soccer, Final Fantasy (9 in particulair), Gran Turismo, Forza 2, king of fighters 98, Star Fox, Spyro(yes the dragon), Resident Evil, Phoenix Wright, and many more.

At the moment I can't play games that are not shoot 'm up. I don't know why this is but these are the only games that excite me at the moment. Games like: Ikaruga, Mars Matrix, DoDonPachi, Thunder Force, and R-Type.

I own alot of consoles: sega dreamcast, megadrive, saturn, ps2, ps1, snes, nes, n64, and a arcade machine.

Wow EA your football 'simulator' sucks.

I love football. I think it rocks,

If you were lured in here cause you thought this was about madden then you fail. this about the european version of win. For you americans its called soccer. for the rest of the world it's football.

In case you didn't know the european championship finals started saturday. The tourney has 4 poules followed by quarter finals and eventually a final. the favorites italy are in the pool of death. which includes: The Netherlands (my favorite), France, and romania. this is the pool with the most quality and only two teams will go to the next round. The netherlands are not in most bookies top 5 teams lists.

I'm a big fan of the pro evo soccer series made by konami, so every chance I can get to take a cheap shot at EA's fifa series I take. Not because I'm a fanboy but because I hate EA with a passion, and i don't like their fifa series.

What EA has done is simulate the whole tournament. they say portugal will be champions(I hate the portugal team) and that they will beat italy in the final. they also say that the netherlands are chanceless.

The Netherlands played italy yesterday and won 3-0. this is embarrissing for the italians who are world champs.

Jammer maar helaas. Het Nederlandse Elftal begint vanavond pas met de eerste wedstrijd tegen Italië, maar het is bij voorbaat al een verloren strijd. Electronic Arts heeft met behulp van haar game UEFA 2008 namelijk een simulatie gedraaid en daaruit blijkt dat Italië en Frankrijk de groepswinnaars zullen worden.

Uiteindelijk zullen Italië en Portugal de twee sterkste landen blijken en in de finale tegenover elkaar komen te staan. Hierin zal Portugal met 2-1 als sterkste over de brug komen. Dit mede dankzij Cristiano Ronaldo, die topscorer van het toernooi wordt.

Of de simulatie het bij het rechte eind heeft of de werkelijkheid toch echt onmogelijk te voorspellen is zal de komende weken blijken. Tot die tijd kun je jouw voorspelling kwijt in de onderstaande reacties. Veel voetbalplezier gewenst!

Personally, to get the most out of FIFA, you need to play it for the consoles. They are still using the last-gen engine for the PC version of FIFA. If you play it on the consoles, I think it is pretty good.

On the other hand, I'm rooting for Sweden to win UEFA this year. I grew up in a small town that was founded by Swedes, and actually took a trip to Sweden while UEFA 2004 was going on. We watched all of Swedens games in the basement of our hostel. It was really fun. All of us Americans got into the football mood. I've enjoyed watching the sport ever since. I wish it wasn't so looked down upon here in America.
