Just not looking at the right places. I see a lot of cheap PS2s on Craigslist. Ebay is another option but I'm sure you checked there. Or you can go the more cheaper route and get the console back from your ex. So what if it's pink? Functionality is all that's really important. If you're that worried about the color there are such a thing as console skins to cover up most of the color. Alternately, you can repaint it. But that's a delicate procedure that might damage the PS2 if you're not careful. That or just throw something over the damn thing like a cover so nobody can see the damn thing and just have the cord sticking out. No offense, but you're going through a lot of hassle just because of the color of the console. Of course I don't know the entire situation between you and your ex and if she even uses the thing. I'm just going by what you wrote in your about me. For all I know, buying a new one might be the better approach.

You could go buy an old fattie model at GameStop for cheaper. Slimline models are usually sold out, they sell pretty decently.
