"We constantly have to revisit 'Why would Donkey Kong do this?' or 'Why would this environment be like this?' And then we start thinking: 'We're making a game about a gorilla wearing a tie.'"
-Michael Kelbaugh of Retro Studios on Donkey Kong Country Returns
"I have to say it's kinda scary how much you know about this game."
-Nicolau Chaud creator of Marvel Brothel
Alright, now that I've had some time to think things through, I'm going to return all the codes for this event to their proper owners. That is all except for my game codes. These are all the codes that I personally own, and I think you all deserve them for being super people. If you win and feel you don't need a code for this, give it to a friend or something. It is yours.
ANYBODY THAT WANTS A PIECE OF THIS? well donate absolutely anything you want. I have too many of my own codes to hand out even right now. I'm headed home and will hand out the codes this evening so if you want some, come get some.

It is about 9:25 PM as I sit down to write this. I woke up 2 hours ago, cleaned the house, ate and shook off some of the fatigue of this event. I still really need a shower. Right now though we sit at $608.28 raised for Children's Miracle Network and I want to thank you for that. Seriously.
Each member of my team made their respective goal. That's really pretty darn cool for me to think about. My team was at one point the #1 team in the event. Now we sit at #2, but that's mostly because one person on the other team netted 80% of their donations. Each of my teammates worked hard and got to their respective goals.
Unfortunately, I failed to reach my loftier goal of $500, but I did my best to try and reach it so I have no regrets. Through hardware failure and software failure, I did my best to play 24 hours of video games for charity.
Right now we are a few hundred short of the raffle goal and I don't really know what will happen there. I'll have to get in to contact with my donators and we'll see what happens. I seriously thought we'd make it so I haven't even thought about this moment.
Donations are still live, and I'll always ask for your donation. I'm a bit tired (24 hours of gaming does that) so this might be my shortest post on Destructoid since I joined many years ago. However, I want to thank you all for playing games with me and for donating.
I'll update this all tomorrow once my brain is recovered, but let's just end this on "I love you all so very very much."
