Phantom Hourglass is my second favorite game in the series.
The first is Windwaker. I'm noticing a stylistic trend here.
I actually like PH more the WW. WW was great with exploring all the islands, and finding hidden treasure and exploring the uncharted ones, but I acuatlly though it was to big. I was kind of overwhelmed whenever I started sailing, and it took soooo long to get any where. PH took all that was wonderful about it WW and shrunk it down, making it much more manegable :)
For me though, nothing can beat Majora's Mask
I feel compelled now and such rave reviews.
I was baffled by it, more than anything. It did just feel like a CHORE to play the game. I loved Wind Waker to death, but the visuals of the game couldn't make up for how boring it seemed. And yes, the Ocean King Temple was a pain, but I found there were problems scattered everywhere.
I'm glad it exists and all, but it's one of the few Zelda experiences I just didn't like.
However, the fact that there are people who have made such claims have inspired me to go play the copy of PH I haven't opened yet :D
Check out Collete's review of the game!
