Wii: An Chick Magnet
maguszxz | 1:56 PM on 02.27.2008 11 comments

I don't know if other know this or not but I found this out awhile ago. The Nintendo Wii is a powerful chick magnet. It is something about that blue glow that draws women close to it I mean, I can only mention that I have one and the ladies are all interested about it. Some even wanted to come over for a game of Wii Sports. Perhaps I will play this to my advantage. Make a Craigslist ad in casual encounters. Pour some wine, light some candles, and ready the tennis because it's about to be love-love, if you catch my drift. Well Barry White campyness aside, have any of you dudes experienced this?

Small Town Gamers

I live in a town about an hour away from the Florida line. It's a small town and I love it. One big gripe about small towns. The severe lack of game stores. You have very little options other than: Ebay, going out of town, and local big box stores (in my area is only Walmart). About 2 years ago, the fog lifted and came Rhino's. For those who are familar with the store, Rhino's was a console only store. Which the denizens of the town didn't mind because they came in droves to shop there. We were straving for a store and parked our butts to it like many of our buffet steakhouses. I even had the chance to follow my dream and work there. However after a minor disagreement (the agreement that whether he was a douchebag or not) and I ended up quitting. At last, like many stores like it, it was gobbled up by Gamestop and more d-baggery followed. A few months later, a guy came down and opened up a mom & pop outfit near my house and go there every now and again. I have hope that more mom & pop outfits open up and give this Gamestop a run for its money. Now, my town doesn't feel so small. I'm praying for Best Buy/Circuit City/both next.
