Yeah I was that desperate and stiny to play the new Final Fantasy Tactics game. Got PSP slim plus Final Fantasy Tictacs for £135. I'm also pretty sure I only gave the cashier £125 so I think I may have just been illegal. Awesome.

So my gimped PSP has no memory card, no USB cable and noe tv cable. I can probably find a memory card and a USB lying around with little to no trouble. Is it possible to buy these tv connector cables seperate?

Also, is it possible to connect to TEH INterWEBz via USB to a mac or PC? I'm not too bright on these things plus the instruction book appears to be gimped too.

A phrase many of you have heard over the years, and yet today it means more than ever.For on this day mainstream gaming forum and cheats site GameFAQs is holding round five (possibly) of it's yearly character battle. Today you have the choice of four "classic" videogame characters, although we all know there is only one true choice.

Now I figure people just aren't aware of the vote today, possibly due to some sort of cover-up carried out by the emo Final Fantasy fanboys that litter gameFAQs, but today you have the chance to vote for Mudkip. And yet, alas, he is second on the poll behind.... that green dungaree wearing guy.... the tall one with the moustache.. whatever his name is.

Anyway, long story short, if you guys don't flood mudkipz with votes on gameFAQs and basically attempt to fix mudkipz victory in the character battle I may have to kill you all, eat you, poop you out, and then kill you again.

Or I'll just lose faith in humanity... again... I mean, I know it's been 8 years but the Phantom menace was a betrayal of my childhood and I don't wanna have to tell my grandkids how Sephiroth or some other equally FF emo fanboy baiting character won the 2007 GameFAQs character battle. I just can't do it.

Do the right thing. A vote for Mudkipz is a vote for world peace. Vote against him and you're a racist.

I made a blog earlier about my video posting woes with Gametrailers. To follow from that, and after much persaverance, the video finally uploaded. It is the opening sequence and first 12 minutes of gameplay from PSOne classic Vagrant Story.

There was only ever one thing that disappointed me with this game. The blatant false advertising. I mean, where are all the vagrants? When a game makes a promise of a tramp based story I want it to deliver!

Other than that it was one of the best PSone games ever made and I reckon it deserves a sequel.

They have a lovely video uploading service along with that cool GTD thing to get free shizzle. I'd really love it if there wasn't one minor niggle........... i said niggle not, never mind.

My issue with Gametrailers.

VIDEO UPLOADING NEVER BLOODY WORKS!!

Here's a list of issues I have had with videos I have uploaded.

1. Failure to even start uploading

2. Upon finishing uploading instead of going to the next screen where it should tll you you've been sucessful it goes to a white screen with the word "error" in the corner. Video has failed on the user movies tab.

3. Upon uploading I go to the user movies tab and where it should say "video compressing" it instead says "a non-fatal error has occoured, the video may compress though". which leads me to number four...

4. above message did appear and video spent 24 hours compressing before it gave up, or...

5. video compressed in record time but when viewed it freezes a few seconds in.

6. video sucessfully uploads but freezes half way through

7. video freezes up but clicking after the progress marker will make it play without sound.

8. Upon completion of upload my browser (firefox) quits rather than moving to the next page.



Now with that potential minefield of errors it's a wonder I've gotten any videos up. i think only 2 videos of mine have uploaded without an issue. I'm currently on attempt number 4 for a video I'm uploading now. I have experimented with all sorts of file types from wmv and .mov to MP4 and DivX but nothing seems to change. I've never had a single issue with youtube but that place is a cesspool of racism and homophobia so I try to avoid it. Thing is I'm begining to wish Youtube would just buy up gametrailers so the video uploading would bloody work.


Until then, fingers crossed eh?

Well the video uploaded but I got fault number 6. It froze up at 5:52. Time to try again.

Thought I'd do a service to all the Yankee-doodle-dandies out there but I didn't have a good leader figure I could send to run your country so instead I'm gonna post this weeks episode of the UK No.1/only video games show Gamer tv. Hopefully this'll give you an Idea of the sort of gaming tv we have over here.

Anyway, this edition features WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2008, They, Tiger Woods 08 (Wii version), Medal of Hono(u)r Airborne and some random stuffs from the Leipzig Games Convention, including Booth Babes!

I took a pic before the haters at the games magazines got to it and started giving it bad reviews on purpose!!




Also the game got 3 5 star reviews right here!!!



Id say this proves that Two Worlds is the most game ever..... next to Drake of the 99 Dragons of course.
