If you liked Dynasty Warriors Gundam then get ready for the sequel coming out latter next year. I have no idea what the story is about, nor do i care. These types of games no one really plays for the story. They just play to relax and get their button mash on, and to feel unstoppable as they take on an entire army by themselves.
This time around though, you have to face not only the regular gundams from the different series, but you also have to take on some of the much larger ones. Just imagine a gundam big enough to grab another gundam with one hand. YEAH...that alone is all I need to make me want to play. Hopefully the game will let you play as one of these behemoths, and they don't get lazy and just give you the same gundam 3 times, just colored differently. Yeah I'm looking at you Qubeley gundam. Anyway I'll have more details for you as the game gets closer to our shores. In the mean time he is the official trailer, and a video of someone getting stomped on by that giant gundam I mentioned earlier.
The HD trailer looks pretty damn good. I played a demo of the original and was kind of impressed, but never went out and bought it.
I might consider a rental, but, at this point I don't think my social life could survive the damage that another Dynasty Warriors obsession (Gundam or otherwise) would bring about.
Too Human could have been a really good game. but Silicone Knights got lazy. So much shit was wrong with it. But I would never say it was like Dynasty Warriors. You don't have to worry about getting owned up every 30 seconds by some impossible to kill enemy, that kills you with an explosion if you do manage to take it down.
At least it has more of a control scheme than 'attack/jump/charge'. And if you think that creating a game that is truly like no other game out there lazy, then yes, Silicone Knights are lazy.
Too Human sucked. Once you got to a higher level the game turned into a bitch. Seriously I didn't suck, just when every enemy has some random status effect they cast when they attack you or die then you get fucked.
Also Too Human was a slower version of Dynasty Warriors, only it had more of a plot and seemed to be more story driven. All you did was attack, shoot, attack, shoot, call out your spider, and then use your ruiner when it was charged up. Or call down some random boost.
At least Dynasty allowed you to use charged attacks from the get go. Also you get a better sense of speed moving around a somewhat agile robot as compared to moving around a human that moves like a slow ass robot.
I tried to enjoy Too Human, but all the flaws were just too much. And that stupid death animation, OMG. Really? Seriously the game sucked. I got my 1000 points, and traded it in.
As for Dynasty Warriors Gundam 2, I can't wait to play it. I really enjoyed the first 1 and I know this will be just as fun if not more.

about me
Well hello. My name is Ron, and yes i'm a nerd. Always have been always will be. Video games are my life. Without them i would probably be, I don't know outside playing sports, or doing something "constructive". I play action, adventure, survival horror, first person shooters, and just about anything else to raise my achievement score. At one point I was really big into rpgs, mainly the more obscure American releases. Now I prefer games that I can play in short bursts without having to worry about a long story to remember. And by short bursts I mean 4 -5 hours. I am an achievement whore. Can't stop won't stop. I like too many games, but if I had to choose a favorite I would have to say Dead Rising. On a hard day nothing brings a smile to my face quite like running over hundreds of the undead in a car, with the hood down. Then hoping out and killing more with my mega buster.
When I'm not playing games, I'm either on Myspace screwing around there, on Facebook screwing around there, or with friends. I enjoy going to the movies, hanging out, and going on adventures. Movies take up the second largest chunk of my life. I have a very odd taste in movies. mainly if the movie has something I really like or enjoy I label it as good. This is why I like movies like Daredevil, The One, House of the Dead, etc. But my friends trust my advice on films for the most part. If i don't like it you know it's bad. I'm actually in the process of trying to buy every single video game based movie. I'm only missing a few. Hopefully Hollywood keeps on crapping them out.
Now all that crap I take in from movies and games isn't wasted. I actually have a very good imagination. My only downfall is i need motivation to use it. One day i will find my calling in this world. Until then I'm going to keep raising my achievement score until Microsoft has no choice but to acknowledge me and give me a cookie.

TooHuman is just like this game, only with gameplay. Frustrating at times, yes, but at least it's gameplay. /end trolling.
This game looks sharp.

PS If you get owned every 30 seconds, you suck.
I really hate trolling like this.
I honestly think I will enjoy this game.
Qubeley and Haman OWN j00.
Want to play this now.
