I'd say Angel or Kalliope but they both utilise different types of character design. Either way Mr Cuddles looks like a drunk rabbit version of Edward Scissorhands in my opinion.
If Angel was less depressed, I'd love him moar. But he's my pick, along with Vodka-rabbit.

Calliope, except maybe a little more modest, clothing-wise. Not that she's as obscene as say, Ivy from SC, but I still would like to see a few more female game characters that aren't giving me shots that far up the skirt or far down the shirt.
I really like Angel in my opinion, I don't know why he isn't getting more love here. i mean, look at all those belt buckles! If it worked for Sora it can work for Angel. But I do dig the art style of him

It's a three way tie for me. It's like choosing between eating, sleeping, and sex. They are all great, depending on what you want at the time.

I think a game built entirely around Angel's aesthetic could be really awesome. I really enjoy Mr. Cuddles too. I might have gone a different direction with his clothing (maybe more Mad Hatter-esque), but drunk robot bunnies are rad.
it's seriously hard to choose between all of these. If you held a gun to my head and forced a choice, my knee-jerk answeer would probably be Mr. Cuddles because of my love of robots.
