Every single person in the world is different, and hence, have different beliefs and ideals; no way is the right or wrong way, but we get so caught up in these invisible rules of life that we sometimes lose track of what IS important. To live life the way that makes us happy.
The best we can all do is respect each others opinions. You can go on with your life, name calling and being as bad as they are. Or you can respect their opinions, realize the think differently to you and continue working on your game and let people see what you want them to see.
There will always be naysayers and people trying to pull you down. But in the end, you are doing this for yourself. YOU have an ideal, YOU have a belief. Something that you want to share with everyone.
And that is all that matters ;)

In response to those posts you linked to up above: Oh my God, I feel a bit sick as I am reading this on my lunch break. The fact that people like this are still around makes me lose a little faith in humanity. Such a sad existence to lead that these people are so hateful of a people they clearly do not understand. And how can one deny History!!??
Sickening but there's not much that can be done, the internet gives a voice to these punks sadly.
They're suggesting that none of your games will come out AND they made the suggestion of you moving over to XNA because your games look like 'flash games.'
