This single screenshot shows that this new sonic game will answer what sonic fans have been yearning for ages.
This screenshot shows (for now) that:
1. SONIC will be the center point. No Amy, or Big, or Rose, or even Tails. this is Sonic 1. And that's what we've wanted
2. This will be old school sonic. jump and maybe sonic spin. That's it. Sonic 1 stuff. No jump dash or team play (sonic heroes) or damn snowboards (EVERY DAMN 3D SONIC GAME) and no talking swords.
3. (hopefully) no voice acting. Now this is a stretch, and very unlikely, but if Sonic could just keep his damn mouth shut, then it wouldn't feel like Sonic is a damn 8-year-old.
This maybe a long shot (I just made a multi-paragraph blog based off of the sonic the hedgehog title screen photoshoped onto the new project) but, hopefully, this is all true and in 2010, fans will finally get a good sonic game.
