Space Invaders Extreme

Space Invaders has been one of my favorites since I first played it on the gameboy back in Super nintendo days. It the space aliens were so cool looking and the task of shooting them all before they landed was not always a easy task. I had a tough time getting pass level 5 (I was like 7 or 8 so sue me.)

So when I heard they were making a new game much in the same vein as Pacman CE I was intrigued. So I looked for some video' of the PSP version (there's mostly videos of the DS version going around) and now I just can't wait to get it.

It kinda reminds me of Rez and Every Extend Extra.

Already NOT downloaded the Japanese version.

It's crazy awesome, much more than I expected from a remake. It's one of those games where crazy shit pops up all the time (like huge aliens, sideways turning aliens, and big fucking laser attacks).

Fuck that background action. To me, it's just annoying and overwhelming. The rest holds some nice additions though.

about me
I started with Super Mario Kart, Super Mario World, Super Mario AllStars, and Super Metroid. (I mostly just watched my big sisters play). On the Gameboy I played Tetris, Mario Land, Wario Land and Space Invaders. Later in life: N64 was the 1st system I bought (I was still like 10-12 or something) I got Super Mario 64 and Mario Kart 64 on it. I also got a GBC with Pokemon Blue. (I gave it away before I caught 'em all) I Love my DS and PS2. I love Mario Kart. -- but don't like snaking I love Metal Gear Solid -- I've only played the 1st one. I love Sonic Rush.-- Even though it's kinda short. about comics: I just love to draw and I love comics (and the like). So naturally I want to make them myself-- hopefully for a living.
