Destructoid easily has the most British users out of any site I go to, and technically, I'm 1/4 British. I say technically because, although my grandfather was from Montreal, he became a citizen in 1932, 50 years before Canadian independence.

I'm a proud Michigander, and I appreciate some motherfucking jazz.

Up to now, I have earned
2 Dolphin King Badges
2 Gold Retroid Badges
1 Silver Retroid Badge

I have been on the front page 1 time

You know what really grinds my gears? Volume 4, N64 Virtual Console titles
kwaselow | 4:58 PM on 09.29.2007 7 comments

Has anybody noticed anything about the Virtual Console? Say, maybe, something about the N64 collection? Possibly the fact that it contains absolutely no third party games whatsoever? Nintendo, I must ask,

Surprisingly, I couldn't find any pictures of somebody passionately yelling "WHY!"

Why not put some good third party games up there? I might go so far as to say that this decision really grinds my gears.

Yes, Kel, here it goes indeed

There is absolutely no reason for Ninty not to put third party N64 games up there. Games like Hybrid Heaven (from VC supporter Konami), Turok, Mischief Makers, and Rayman 2: The Great Escape. These games, all of which were Player's Choice titles, would be guaranteed to get tons of downloads, and Nintendo needs to stop holding out on us by only releasing first/second party N64 games, and releasing them few and far between. Seriously, Nintendo, stop holding out on me. I have money! I'll suck your di... ok, maybe I won't go that far. It's not like we're talking about coke here. I WANT SOME THIRD PARTY N64 GAMES!

In completely unrelated news, today, I won a Fraggle plush.

Fuck yeah!

Like all niggling complaints about the Wii's game line up, I'm sure this too will be fixed over time.

Sin and Punishment just came out in Japan and Europe. Wasn't that 3rd party?

Any you are in England, right? Have you tried that game yet?

After my Playstation died, I bought the N64 because of Mischief Makers. It's one of my favorite all-time platformers. All of the Treasure games on N64 rocked. And while we're complaining about the N64 VC games, where's Ogre Battle 64? That game changed the way I thought about strategy/role-playing games.
