I've been going to destructoid and I finally realized I really don't like the site mostly because there is a bad mix of attitudes there.
One side of destructoid is like a hyper 12 year old, where they tell terrible jokes and they think they are the funniest people around.
Basically this side of is summed up by "hey I just said a bad word I'm awesome and funny."

The other side is the hipster side which I find even more annoying. Its the side that is super into inde games.
I can't tell you how many times destructoid has had the attitude of "I play inde games that makes me cooler than you and makes you a idiot because you play normal games." I remember once they basically said assassin's creed was pile of crap because this other guy spent 10 years in his basement making this 8-bit 3 minute long game.
