If you've played the game you may have noticed that before the first sequence with Scarecrow there is a man talking on the monitors about Arkham's affordable prices he gives a website to find the prices at http://www.arkhamcare.com/prices and from that you can go back to the homepage of Arkham and also to the Gotham City Municipal site http://www.gothamcitymunicipal.com/ . This might have already been talked about but I don't remember hearing about it anywhere.

Haha: I think the Gotham Municipal site was for Batman Begins.

It might have been but it does tie into the game the headlines is about Blackgate prison burning down. On the Arkham website there is a phone number (1-888-8-ARKHAM) You can call that and get Arkham Asylum it's barely audible though (at least on my sucky phone.
