About Me
Every story has a beginning.. and mine starts with the classic consoles. From Atari, NES, to Gen. Odd how things worked out, from blips to characters sprawling over an open world. Either by pipe or a loop-de-loop. Those times have passed, but still are a part of our gamer hearts.

Well my playlist thus far.. Pitfall, Pac-Man, Super Mario Bros 1-3, Castlevania, Sonic the Hedgehog, Phantasy Star, Final Fantasy, Metroid, Earthworm Jim, Mega Man, and many more.. this list could take awhile trust me.

Apart from the D-toid family, I'm also a part of the AllGames Community, and the fun show Distributed Failure http://www.distributedfailure.com/

Hidden Music

Lately I've found myself playing DOA Ultimate (DOA1&2 together). Even though I don't play it often, there's something addicting about this series. 1) No its not because of the female leads; 2) Design? This has always intrigued me. There are many hidden things in this game many just look over; 3) Its beautiful

Okay, there's alot of 3D fighters out there, but I've never been crazy about the genre. Sure there's the top notch Virtua Fighter 5 (I'm not much of a VF fan). Or Tekken (juggling yay!) yeah right.. one false move, match is over. Just something about "countering" "ex moves", and grappling just intrigues me. Let alone I even ordered a copy of Rumble Roses XX (from Konami's Direct online store).

But the best part? Alot of these fighting games have fun, and inquisitive easter eggs. For one, DOA2 (remix) it feels better to name it that way. *its a dreamcast baby after all. What's even more endearing, is that hiding inside of the "Audio" sub-menu; is a Sound Test sampler. Just look around, and you'll find remixes of one of your fav characters. Honestly I wish more games included this fun little feature (even RRXX has this.. unlock enough features, and you might even find bonus remixes).

Hopefully more games in the future carries this neat tradition. Even retro games are gaining remix albums (Darius, Rockman, just to name a few). Might even say its a gift to gamers who made a neat purchase, and you know what, its well worth the price you bought it for.

Speaking of music, what are some of your favorite BGM themes?

Castlevania's vampire killer theme.
Love that and how crazy are you from doax.

Most of the music in Half-Life 2 is pretty awesomesauce. If you've got money on you, buy the Soundtrack to the game.

It's good to know that I'm not the only gamer who appreciates the very smallest details in his games. Anyway, off the top of my head, I like the music from Gradius III (SNES version), Planet Puzzle League, Ikaruga and Darius Gaiden (I know there's more) enough that I often find myself humming it when no one else is around.
