Uhh... ¿Donde ésta Kane and Lynch?
Kane and Lynch es el juego número uno en México, por su nivel de diseño excelente, y jugabilidad sorprendente.
Also, cocks.
Halo 3? Why must mainstream magazines comform to mainstream bullshit? Mario FTW
These Games Don't Deserve to Be on the List:
1. Halo 3
7. Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
9. Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation
These Games Should be on the List:
Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure
Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords
Skate
How did Mass Effect loose to Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass' derivative ass?
The only thing I can disagree with is Halo 3. It should be at the bottom, with everything else pushed up 1. Also, put Super Mario at number 1... best game I have played in years
@ vexed alex:
Mass Effect isn't derivative? Are you lying?
Decent List, NO?
I haven't played ANY of the Microsoft titles, and I still KNOW that's not THE list either.
Eh...
@ Variable Gear
I don't think so, no. Honestly, I think they should stop with the Zelda series. Enough. Nothing's changed and it never will. I'm tired of people's unconditional love for it. That game should not be on the top 10. There are so many other games that deserve that spot. Assassin's Creed deserved that spot despite it's repetitiveness. It actually tried to accomplish something new. Then again, I'm talking about Time-fucking-Magazine.
By the way, that's exactly why Mass Effect doesn't feel derivative. Unlike Bioshock, your actions cause a pretty sizable change in the story. A conversation can end a person's life in the game and you actually care. (spoiler) I was pissed when Wrex died for me.
:(
@ vexed alex:
I haven't played Mass Effect yet (no 360), but I'm inclined to agree with you. I own and absolutely hate Phantom Hourglass, which will likely be the first game I have bought that I didn't try to beat, and there is no way it should be on that list. The Zelda series in general, though, I like - although I have little faith that Nintendo will change up the next one enough to interest me.
However, what dipshit put Ace Combat 6 up there? No one can construct an argument that can get me to believe that Ace Combat 6 deserves a spot instead of Zack and Wiki. It's just bullshit!
Wow...I kinda agree with this list...
Eh, it isn't a bad list, especially considering that it came from Time.
Never heard of Ace Combat Six, and it doesn't sound that great. Also, Halo 3 should go down a place or three. Other than that, good list.
I think most of that list's titles (except Ace Combat) will win game of the year from one outlet or another, generally it was a very good year. I also find it interesting that half of the list are 360 exclusives (orange box only timed exclusive).
This Elephant ass is really awesome! :)
Take Halo off the list and honestly it would be pretty reasonable.
