The mile high club is definitely the hardest mission to complete on veteran as you only get 1 minute to complete the mission. Here are some tips on completing it followed by my runthrough (available in HD):
1. Remember to use your flashbangs, you cannot complete it without them.
2. For all of the level except for maybe the first guy do not use your iron sights, it takes too long.
3. Dash as much as possible when the enemies are stunned, your teamates can usually clear up behind you.
4.I used the MP5 to do it but the Auto shotgun is pretty good as well if you happen to chance across one.
5. The first room is the hardest, it is imperitive you memorise your route around the room and who you need to kill to get to the next room the quickest.
6. Remember to use the knife if they get too close.
7. When you reach the hostage, shoot alittle above the terrorists head, this way you definitely wont hit the hostage but because the terrorist's head hitbox is massive you will kill the terrorist.
8. Alot of it is luck (i.e. if your teamates kill the right guys, stunned people blocking your way e.t.c.) keep trying if you fail the first time.
That was insane. I'm having trouble passing it on hardened. I'll probably never make it on veteran, I just don't care enough to actually try that hard.

You should be arrested...for being awesome! That rocks bro, that made me want to play the Campaign, I am a level 38 in Multiplayer and have not even touched campaign yet. That will all change this weekend after watching this epic display.

The campaign is awesome if a little short, probably one of my favourite single-player campaigns ever.
