Ah, Crash. You filled my heart with joy. My toddler years are filled with me playing as Mr. Bandicoot through many levels of fun. Even a penguin level. PENGUINS! I haven't really kept up-to-date with my friend lately, but is there any possibility of him coming back in a good game? Not some little PSP adventure that leaves you unsatisfied? I sure hope so. But Naughty Dog is probably really busy. So i guess im in charge of the next Crash game. But if I made it, it would involve much more blood, and eyes exploding, and scary music when your walking through a pitch-black alley when you only have a little flash light. And then the Tiki mask pops out and goes: "OOGAAOGGGAA!!" But that wouldn't be the Crash we love, so, Naughty Dog, help us.

Does anybody know if Crash Bandicoot can be revived?

Sierra publish Crash now and the dev duties fall to Radical, I don't think naughty dog have touched it in quite some time

they are too busy trying to make a Jak game worse that the previous installment

Nope. I'm pretty sure he's just a failed mascot. He may still continue to star in the occasional mediocre game or two, but he won't reach "true mascot" status like Mario has. Plus I hardly doubt Naughty Dog will ever return to that franchise (if they could).

As mattmagoo said, Radical is doing the crash games. They did the last two main console releases.

They have a new one coming in Oct of this year called Mind over Mutant.

As far as Sierra publishing, they always have. Sierra Entertainment is now what used to be Vivendi Games and before that VUG and before that Universal Entertainment.

Same deal with Spyro (who also has a new game coming in 08)
