A Video Tour of Arcade Infinity
jaredr | 10:33 PM on 02.11.2008 8 comments

As a taste of what's to come in the third entry of the No Country for Old Arcades series I'm
working on, here's a video tour of my favorite arcade in the whole, wide world,
Arcade Infinity. I flew
down to LA for the story this weekend and it felt great to be back in the company of my SoCal
band of friends. As I told your tour guide Minh, its people like him who enrich my life.

Helping his case is the awesome squawk box he installed into his car. Nothing beats rolling by
gas stations shouting, "NO BLOOD FOR OIL!"

Too many music/dance games for my taste. Of course I'm a few years older than most of the people here, and arcade games from the 80's are my passion. Get off my lawn! I love that GameTap banner btw. How did I miss Typing of the Dead on there? Now I don't have to break out my Dreamcast when I need a fix.

mxyzptik: Understandable. I'll be hitting up some real nice classic arcades soon.

Ceark: Yep. About 30 miles east. So that's like what, three hours in traffic? :D
