Dammit another Random Drawing

I'm not really sure what it is, but I have been having a lot of fun recently. I start by drawing one single line, and then make something out of it.

Sorry none of this is video game related... I LET THE ART TELL ME WHAT TO DRAW

It looks like he is sad that makes me a little sad on the inside. But it's in a nice bright clor so that makes me a little happy on the inside. All in all I think it is well balanced art. (oh and by the way it does kinda look like emo nessie)
