That's either one huge shirt, or one small font.
selling shirts should be also perfectly fine as long as you they aren't just logos or characters... if people "could get easily confused" by the images and think it was sanctioned, there could be an issue. also, if some random third party is selling shirts with lyrics on them and are not granted permission from the band, that is a problem too.
I'd like to be more specific, but IANAL, and also i can't find pictures of these shirts, much less any news of a lawsuit... so, links would be nice. (google didn't really help me much in the 3 seconds of effort i put into it.)
