Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
it makes me really excited for GTA IV, its gonna be somethin amazing, methinks.
After eating Pizza Hut's chicken pizza I wish that they'd make that pizza frozen so I could store it and eat it whenever I want instead of having to order it and go to get it from my house to their place because they won't deliver.
Hey, maybe I should make this a blog!
No.
Liberty City/Vice City Stories are their own games. What would you expect them to do for the portable market? While the settings are the same, they are inferior in graphics, features and story to their predecessors (well, they might be superior to GTA III) and were only ported to PS2 to make a few extra bucks from people who chose not to invest in a PSP.
That said, hygraed, I agree that it's difficult to go back to these games after having played San Andreas. Remakes are not necessary, though. These stories have been told and I'd rather see the resources put towards new titles in the series.
