you have no idea how fucking happy I am right now

Remember that pen I posted a while ago that said "STUDENT'S FOR MCCAIN" on it? The one that you could buy from the official McCain 2008 store? Well, they fixed that shortly after it began making the rounds on the Internet, but another rather amusing gaffe was brought to my attention today:

Look out, you guys! Obama's going to DESTORY JOBS! He wants to take away all of your stories, which as we all know are what make America great! Vote McCain on November 4th to PROTECT AMERICA'S STORIES!

The hubbub over Kirby: Super Star Ultra inspired me to borrow Kirby: Squeak Squad from a friend and start playing it. It's technically sound and it plays great, but I'm having trouble liking it because of the difficulty. It's easy to the point that I don't really feel much accomplishment upon beating a level, but I feel like a fucking retard if I somehow die. I'll stick with it, because it is quite charming, but it's not really drawing me in the way something like Mega Man or Bionic Commando generally does.

I'm playing Quake II for the first time, and either I'm just a huge pussy or id did a very good job of making this game frightening. I'm walking down a corridor and I hear a growl from somewhere and I seriously jump in my seat. I probably need to man up, but goddamn, id knew how to make a video game back in the day.
