I have to admit;

That MGS pack is fun. I need to buy it.

35/4 = 8.75
8.75 = 9

with MGS map pack:
9+10+8+8+11 = 46
46/5 = 9.2
9.2 = 9

Also Fun and Gameplay should be 9.

I think Fun should be a seven, and Gameplay might even be a five.

I agree with the eleven you gave to the MGS4 pack though.
