I cannot think of a title I want for ps3. what should I get? I liked spiderman 3, currently play eye of judgement. I can see many ps2 titles I wat, but whats good on ps3. I hear alot about drakes fortune and heavenly sword. but not sure.
Other than blue ray, what is shining on this system?

Get Uncharted. Even though I've only played the demo, I thought it was pretty damn good. If you're into multiplayer get either Call of Duty 4 or UT 3.

CoD 4, in my view.

The Orange Box is a solid set of games. I'd recommend it over UT3 or CoD4.

Uncharted is your friend. Play Heavenly Sword if you can, it's worth a rent IMO.

Also, don't forget Warhawk.

I never played any of the warhawk series, do you have to use the motion sensor thing at all with it?

UT3 is great. I also play Ninja Gaiden and Assasins Creed

I'd reccomend Uncharted: Drakes Fortune, excellent game. Unreal Tournament 3 is a great multiplayer game along with Warhawk which is $40...good deal for some exciting multiplayer action. Ninja Gaiden Sigma is another good game. Those are the only that come to mind right now. Oh, and maybe Resistence. Happy new year!

I think CoD4 is over-rated, but it's not a bad multiplayer experience. That, UT3, and Orange Box are all pretty long lasting titles that you'll enjoy for a while.

As long as you don't try and compare the PS3's game lineup to the 360's, you'll be OK. Side by side, it's a slaughter.

I've enjoyed all of the PS3 games I've played thus far, but I have to remind myself to keep it in perspective. Much like the PS2 was compared to the Xbox, the 360 is (now) the better value for your money than the PS3. In the end, it all comes down to who has the most, and most enjoyable games.

Sony has a few good ones, and without a doubt will have many more in the future, but Microsoft owns that territory at this point in time.

If you can afford both, your are in for a treat.

Uncharted, GTA5 Prologue (if you like pretty beta tests) and Ratchet & Clank Future Tools of Destruction.

I picked the orange box a few days ago, If you don't have it already i highly reccomend it,every game on it is gold. Uncharted is a blast, Warhwk and CoD4 have some kick ass multiplayer. Warkawk is'nt a series lol, it's multiplayer only and no storyline at all. You have the option to choose between motion sensor and analog sticks, and I do not know anyone that uses the sixaxis for it.

I thought they did warhawk on PSX back in the day.. so I thought it was a series.. the ship looks just like the one in the psx one :) so I figured it was a series :)

My bad. Yes, warhawk was a ps1 debut title but it has nothng to d with this one. You can download it (old warhawk AND the new one) off the PSN store. New one $40, old- is probably around $10
