what? video games have been making more then movies for many years now.
Movies 0 - 1 Video Games
This should really mean that we are growing as a society. It should scream to everyone that more and more people are starting to appreciate the value of immersion in a narrative. A story that draws you in, pumps you full of emotion, and suspends your disbelief enough for you to take away a lesson in life, a moral to live by or even respect for something you ignored.
Instead this means lots and lots dumb people like to scratch screens with fake pens and wave white sticks around like an epileptic kid in spasm.
Lame for the human race really
I may just be a tad pessimistic in my thinking. Who knows.

@ Midknight, I agree with you. Have you seen that movie "Idiocracy"? It was made by Mike Judge. I think that sums up where society will probably be in the future.
