So we have people lining up for Halo 3
two weeks in advance. Sure it might be a great game, though after playing the last two, i was left with no great feelings towards the series, but isn't this a little ridiculous?
All hail the MS hype machine. They've managed to make a success out of a semi-passable FPS. It won't have a story as intricate as Persona 3 or an atmosphere as vivid as BioShock but it will sell zillions.
Congratulations frat boy jocks, enjoy your pseudo-shooter while it lasts. The rest of us gamers will rejoice for this trilogy will be over. Hopefully.

And while I'm on the subject ROFL @ the people who don't preorder Halo 3, I'll goto EB at 10PM on the 24 and down a few cans of Monster, smoke and talk to people, walk in at midnight, grab my Legendary Edition and then laugh at people who didn't preorder the game and are stuck in line.
Lining up to BUY the game is stupid, I agree, because there's no way in hell this will ever, ever be difficult to find. There's nothing wrong with what those fans are doing, however.
