Looks like it won't be a guitar then. Still, this sounds pretty sweet. You can't just charge the enemy like a mad man, you'll actually have to go at them from an unexpected angle and decide how many you can set ablaze and hack before you can safely retreat. Actually, charging with reckless abandon would probably work, too. Oh well.
In certain situations, I can see this being way overpowered, but there should be enough instances where it's useless to balance it out. So, what do you guys think? Where you hoping for something else?

Can't wait for the Pyro update. I hope Valve learned from the Medic pack and a) Don't include the ridiculous achievements possible only by grinding and staging events, and b) Don't require every single one to be gotten to get the unlockables.

My favorite genre is generally shooters. RPGs are ok too (especially if they're free). I'm too dumb to figure out RTS games. Racing/Sports games are meh, unless something creative is done with them to make them awesome. If I wanted to play soccer, I would just go outside and do it. If I'm gonna game, I'm gonna blow people's heads off and cleanse the world of demons (things I can't/would never do in real life).

Is he only getting one new weapon? I actually like the idea of the axe though.
This is just the only weapon that's been revealed. As far as I know, every class will get three new weapons.
One pyro with the flamethrower and the other with that axe could make for a very deadly duo

That axe looks sick. The blood stain on the blade was a good touch.
That doesn't sound very good at all. If I'm using the flamethrower then I don't need the axe, and if I'm using the axe I don't need the flamethrower.

The only class that doesn't get 3 upgrades is the spy. He gets the revolver and knife updated.
