That's 1/4 of my Hard Drive space, but I can run this game! WOO!
My PC will dance around this game.
I can't wait to start pounding away at zombies!
My Pc will lag this shit up, if TF2 is anything to count off of.
Though, I ran Portal moderately well, when I turned off all the bells and whistles.
ALL of them.
I laugh as my 360 needs no thing....right now.
Hmm, need some more RAM in my laptop, but other than that, I'm set.
yay i can't play it :/ 360 it is for me then.
I can even play this on my laptop :) weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Oh man, bring it on...
@ SHIN ONI
I laugh as the 360 guys will have to pay for content while the PC people get it for free.
I can play TF2 perfectly.
But my processor is a 2.20 GHz fuuuuuuuck!!
@ vexed
assuming things is fun isn't it?
TF2 on 360 says hi.
@teta
is it a dual core though? it meant you need a 3ghz single core OR a dual core
hrmm... these look like the same recommended requirements for TF2.
Taken from TF2's steam page:
"Minimum: 1.7 GHz Processor, 512MB RAM, DirectX® 8 level Graphics Card, Windows® Vista/XP/2000, Mouse, Keyboard, Internet Connection
Recommended: Pentium 4 processor (3.0GHz, or better), 1GB RAM, DirectX® 9 level Graphics Card, Windows® Vista/XP/2000, Mouse, Keyboard, Internet Connection"
My PC runs TF2 really well, so this should be awesome.
Hmmm... my processor is 2.5 ghz, but I got 2.5 gb RAM. Low settings? Maybe...
Theyve gotten better at explaining what gfx cards can do, but i see now that processors are still pretty confusing...
The p4 series are sort of a benchmark for processor performance (why, i dont know, but what the hey). If a processors number (in its name) is say, 4000+ (like my old amd), it should perform roughly like a p4 processor at 4ghz.
That means that most (probably all available) dual core processors meet this requirement; in fact they exceed it by quite a lot. All but the cheapest/oldest are at least 6000, and i havent seen one less than 4000 for a long time.
I was interested to see that they require 256mb of graphics memory. Thats pretty standard these days for other engines, but most Source games are still fine with 128.
@Vexed Alex
oh STFU. you and all you steam fools....until I actually get a decent PC and money to customize.
Then we can all be zombies 4 life.
Wait. 3.0?!? But my PC runs TF2 just fine.
Hope it's only 20/30 bucks on 360.
Yeah, the 3GHZ processor thing is a bit unclear, but my new rig runs TF2 like a dream so I imagine Left 4 Dead will run pretty well too. Bring it on, can't wait for this game.

I love you I have a dual core, I am now a happy guy.
