My favorite genre is generally shooters. RPGs are ok too (especially if they're free). I'm too dumb to figure out RTS games. Racing/Sports games are meh, unless something creative is done with them to make them awesome. If I wanted to play soccer, I would just go outside and do it. If I'm gonna game, I'm gonna blow people's heads off and cleanse the world of demons (things I can't/would never do in real life).

Oh and I'm part Japanese. My friends seem to think that's awesome so maybe if you guys read this you'll think I'm awesome too. Seems like solid logic to me.

Left 4 Dead Release Date Revealed!

Yes, the most amazing co-op zombie slaying experience of the year finally has a release date!

From Shacknews:

The forthcoming co-op zombie shooter Left 4 Dead (PC, X360) will hit in the late summer, Valve has revealed to Shacknews.

Developed in conjunction by Valve and newly-acquired subsidiary Turtle Rock Studios, the game is expected to arrive in August or September.

Hmm...definitely NOT the news I was hoping for. It being pushed back once was hard enough, but August/September? I'm sorry to say that I have lost some excitement for the game. Now don't get me wrong, I'm glad they're taking time to make this as awesome as possible but still. I was hoping to be able to sink my teeth (poor zombie pun intended) early this year. Oh well, at least it won't rob me of my SSBB time.

Sad panda is sad.

Wow guys. The game was only announced a little over a year ago. Having it out by late summer is pretty good. It's not like it's been majorly hyped.

I'm just glad it isn't getting delayed into 2009 :P
