One of the biggest thrills in first person shooter gaming is landing the game winning headshot. It's one of our sickest pleasures. Taking the risk to aim for the head, and placing a bullet between the eyes. Ending an ongoing match with an elusive no-scope headshot won't guarantee you the ladies, but it will guarantee you the respect of your teammates.
