I was staying at my friends house the other night, and I was looking through her old NES games, and I asked her if she plays any of these games She said I could pick out a bunch of games from her pile and take them as a Christmas present!
Guerilla War -- SNK
Cowboy Kid -- Romstar (Possibly the most stereotypical Cowboys and Indians picture ever.)
Mega Man 3 -- Capcom (What more do I have to say. It's
Mega Man 3.)
Prisoners Of War -- SNK
Shadowgate -- ICOM Simulations
Operation Wolf -- Taito
Strider -- Capcom (Haven't played it yet, but it looks awesome.)
Iron Sword: Wizards & Warriors II -- Acclaim (Haven't played it yet, but it has a picture of a hunky fantasy man with a sword on the cover. So awesome.)
Bad Dudes -- Data East (It's
Bad Dudes.)
Platoon -- SunSoft
G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero -- Taxan
I love catching up on these old games that came out before I was alive, so my friend is so awesome for giving me these.
Epicly simple game. Love that one for minutes at a time :)
Strider, beyond the frustrating control/wall jump bits, is a good time. Enjoy that!
Wizards and Warriors II: That's totally Fabio, and that character totally isn't in the actual game. Its hilarious. Spoiler?
Grats on the finds. I had a friend's cousin give me free reign on his old NES games too once. It was great. Mint condition, still shrink wrapped, Metal Gear? YES PLEASE! ^_^
She only plays Super Mario Bros. on it. Hers is in better condition than mine, so I asked if she would sell me her NES, but no luck.
