I was digging through some old cupboards in our house last night when I found my mom's giganto pile of cross stitching materials. =D I decided "Hey, what a perfect way to make Cave Story sprites!". And so I did just that.

Seriously guys, this thing took me like 6 or 7 hours to finish... if you have no time (like I do) DON'T get into cross stitching. It's horribly addicting and I can't wait to make more game related stuff. :)

Oh damn, I remember my sister used to do stitching a lot when she was like 12 (and I was 8). Quite a job there, I would like to do something similar.

My mom and her friends used to cross-stitch all the time when I was growing up. We had some amazing things around the house.

That's really nice though. I never would have thought to put that and videogames together. Really nice work Garison.

I used to do cross stitch, but you're right that it is very time consuming.... and in the end, you can only make so many placemats that you won't actually use because you're scared of getting them dirty after spending so much time making them! LOL!
