So I have been meaning to post some pictures of my games for a while, and I finally got around to doing it! My collection may not be as impressive as some other peoples on Dtoid, but I am very proud
My gaming setup. My TV sits atop a shelf at the end of my bed. I have all three current generation systems, 360 not shown because got red ringed. ;( Note fallout 3, Big Daddy figurine, custom Mega Man sprite... thing, and Famicom voice amplifier.
SNES: Break Thru, Yoshi's Island, Hockey, Timone and Pumba, ALADIN, Super Mario World (yes, I have two copies), On The Ball (Classic) AHHH! Real Monsters, Earthworm Jim, Toy Story, Virtual Bart (great game, if you haven't played it, not emulate it), Super Mario All Stars, Secret of Mana, and Congo's Caper (hard), Donkey Kong, Donkey Kong 2. NES: Kirby's Adventure, Super Mario Bros./ Duck Hunt/ Track And Field, Final Fantasy 1, and Donkey Kong.
N64: Duke Nukem 64, Donkey Kong 64, Tonic Trouble, Perfect Dark, Some Shitty Racing Game, Super Mario 64, Wave Race, Zelda OoT(grey pak), Zelda OoT(Gold pak), and Zelda MM(gold pak with hologram sticker).
My favourite retro games.
Some more games.
My Nintendo Power zines, and player's guides. Note
the Mario lunch kit... mmmmm, lunch.
My handheld game consoles. I don't have much GBA games, but They are all great classic games. I actually never owned a GameBoy Color when I was little, but I always wanted one, so I bought one off some kid at my school for 20 bucks.
My My retro consoles. Note Uniracers in the SNES. That is a great game. I just got this Dreamcast in the mail, but for some strange reason I didn't buy any games for it, so if anyone has any awesome Dreamcast games they want to lend me, hook me up. I'll send you one of my games if you want.
These are my most played games. Lot's of great games on this shelf, but the one I would have to be most happy to own is Ouendan 2.
My MacBook, used for Detructoid, and not ROMS.
A picture of my retroMAZING Nintendo comforter!!!!! BASK IN IT"S GLORYY!!!
PEZ!
YAY soundtrack CD's! This is my only one at the moment, but I do plan on buying more game soundtracks in the future.
Also, Kirby <('o'<)
I don't use Visual Boy Advance for Mac. All you have to do is press escape, and it goes into full screen.
I stole it from you're house.
I used an emulater called VBA, I don't remember where exactly I found the ROM, but it doesn't matter what kind of ROM it is, I think any of them will work. This game looks awesome.
I kid. It only goes up to 720p. So, it doesn't look as good as the 360 version, but from what I hear, it's pretty much the same. I played it for 35 hrs before I finished it, so it didn't get as much use as I thought it would. But if you only have a PS3, and haven't gotten it yet, definitely pick it up.
