just simply change their minds about staying

Of course, these "salmon" could always agree to this or other compromises and then leave anyway, or just simply change their minds about staying. A set of specs for 10 player raiding and a set of specs for 25 player raiding is something I can see happening. So ultimately it comes down to how much you trust them. The raid buffed Priest A quick browse through at the other classes show a slight improvement in how the raiding Priest will look with the Shaman and the Paladin. From the Shaman: Flametongue Totem - Spellpower increase: Instead of gaining a static Spellpower boost, our healing bonus seems to scale accordingly. If you can't, then don't put yourself in a position where their departure brings your raiding to a screeching halt. Wrath of Air Totem - 10% spell haste: Here's another welcome addition! Our heals will be going off a little faster than normal.Protect your guild and make backup plans accordingly. From the Paladin: Improved Devotion Aura - All healing done to units affected by Devotion Aura increased by 1/2/3%: While the percentage increase may not seem like much, the bonuses do add up over time. Threat I understand that there's been some changes to threat. Salvation's been removed and so has Tranquil Air Totem. Picking up the new 3 points in Silent Resolve could very well be a must. At the moment I don't have any points invested in it (due to having awesomesauce tanks) but now I'm a little wary. Again, the game is in beta stage and I'm going to hold off on this for the time being. We'll need to get more information about threat changes before it can be evaluated reliably. Lightwell Lightwell's been improved substantially! It's gone from being a 4th line spell to a potential 1st line threat (hockey reference). Unfortunately, I still don't see it being used extensively in a 25 player setting. It's a near instant cast spell with 10 charges that can be activated every 3 minutes. It's usefulness is going to depend on those using it. With the current raid environment revolving around micromanaging things, will there really be time for raiders to jump back and take advantage of it. That's going to largely depend on the encounters we'll see in end game. Discipline Between Grace, Divine Aegis, Rapture, and Penance, Discipline is looking to be a potential PvE single target healing spec of choice. I'm going to have to take some time later on and play with the talent calculator on WoWhead. Divine Aegis has me wondering if Priests wil"Another fun little addition for tradeskills and crafters straight from the Beta realms is the ability to peruse the recipes that someone else knows. It works very simply, too. The crafter links his tradeskill like it were an item. You click on that link and a regular tradeskill window pops open, minus the option to craft, create or enchant what you're looking at. You can see all of their recipes and the materials required for them. This seems like it's going to be especially useful for the tradeskills that have a large variety of things that people need.

Jewelcrafting, Enchanting, et cetera. It would be much easier to link a guildmate the list of what I can do rather than look up everything they need myself. ""Can you do Savagery. Vitality. Spell damage to bracers. MP5 to chest. Strength to gloves. "" Maybe! Here, check and see! Linking your recipe book over the Trade channel should help sell enchants and inscriptions as well, hopefully replacing the endless spam of three paragraph advertisement macros. "I was planning on finishing my Black Temple guide but the lure of all this awesome beta news is simply too hard to ignore! I'll have to postpone the guide for a rainy day.Assuming they don't immediately jump ship when the expansion launches, they're going to be taking loot drops from the early raids like Naxxramas. Fellow WoW Insider blogger Alex Z.Their excellent skills may help you to conquer the initial raids quicker. Okay, so maybe those macros will never go away, but we can hope can't we. By the way, you can click on the image to the right to make it bigger, in case you can't see it very well as it is. So you will cancel your account over an addition that clears trade spam and doesn't really make the game easier to play (aka more casual), but keep your account active with many ppl using add-ons which DO make the game easier to use and other additions to the game to make the gameplay less stressfull. !. ! I dont quite get it. kinda surprised you didnt quit after finding out there was an Auction House for ppl to BUY their new items instead of fighting for them themselves, but GG Nub anyways When i do quit WoW (eventually), ill be sure to have a good reason, not just an addition as small (but time saving) as this. " l be gunning for spell crit gear. Sadly, we don't know what the internal cooldown on the Aegis talent is (if there is one). Anyways, all we know is that this is just the beginning. It's a great time to be a WoW player with all the information we get to scrutinize and analyze! " wow gold has a terrific analysis of the new Priest talents! It's an excellent analysis of how the Priests will be come the expansion. But once they gear up enough to apply to a raiding guild, their departure will leave a gap in your ranks. This week, I want to go further in depth on not just new spells and abilities that Priests bring to a raid but how changes to the other classes will be affecting us.If your roster of raid-prepared, level-80 members is slim, you'll have to settle for another player who isn't as geared or skilled even though you're still struggling with some of the new encounters. I'll also touch a bit on threat, my thoughts on Lightwell, and the raid viability of Discipline. The initial glance at the Holy talent tree has me disappointed a bit.You may even have to stop raiding altogether while someone prepares a toon to fill the void. wow gold It is similar to the idea of having 15 bucks in your pocket to go spend on a 200 flavour ice cream store only to discover that they're out of stock on all but 3 flavours. The consequences of this stoppage could potentially be disastrous. There does not appear to be anything earth shattering or game breaking added or changed. You could lose even more members who don't have the patience to wait it out, setting you back even further.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sure we know that Circle of Healing is a smart heal capable of zeroing in on the most wounded players. So I caution those officers in casual raiding guilds, if you take these returning players back, and they plan to stick around to level 80, speak with them before you start raiding again. mp3 However, this is offset by the fact that there's a 6 second nerf.Glean their intentions before you hand out loot. Despite this, I still foresee a future in Wrath with a CoH specced Priest. It's not unfair to expect them to pass on loot that someone else who plans to stay could use. Something that hasn't been mentioned yet (to my knowledge) is the possible variances in raiding specs. On one hand, by beating the boss, they've earned the right to roll or bid on a drop. wow gold In the current game right now, the bar for raiding is set at 25 players. On the other, they're going to use that gear to leverage their exit from your guild. There are only two 10 player level 70 instances at the moment.I'm not saying you should shard every item they want out of spite, but if a particularly hard-to-get and valuable item drops, it's not unreasonable to want to keep it in the guild to help with your own progression. We know in Wrath that all raid instances will be designed to accommodate both 10 and 25 players each.Just make sure to communicate exactly how you plan to distribute loot ahead of time so there are no surprises during the raid. buy wow gold In any case, our spec revolves around our ability to heal as many people as possible in the shortest amount of time using the least amount of mana. A zero-sum DKP system can make this sensitive situation much easier to manage.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Is it possible that we might see more than 2 possible raid specs.Just make sure that anyone who plans to leave agrees to stay until their DKP is at zero or higher. After all, what is useful for a 10 player raid might not be so relevant in the 25s, right. That way, if they've taken any drops, they've helped out enough to get other drops for your remaining members. wow gold I can't help but wonder if we're going to see a trend involving healing specs optimized for healing individual targets in 10 player raids vs healing specs built for healing multiple targets in 25 player raids.
