Michael Turner, comic artist of such titles as Witchblade, Tomb Raider, various Marvel and DC books, and all around awesome guy, passed away today at the age of 37. He had a long time battle with cancer, but finally the disease has won.
I personally never liked his artwork, but I can't, being a comic artist and lover of the stuff, can't deny his effect and presence in the world. He will be sadly missed. Story at CBR

Anyway, that's a shame. I was never a comic books nerd, but he did have a badass art style. RIP.
The guy was an avid gamer too on a side note.
My sympathies go to his family and friends.

Yeah I wasn't a real fan of his work, except I kinda started getting into Soulfire a lil while ago.
And some of his DC covers were very, very nice.
So uhm....wonder if it's going to be left incomplete.
