Some men are chosen, some men slack off a lot and get jobs. I'm that second guy. I know a lot of you newer guys probably won't know me, but if you get the chance, you should check out some of my previous posts for some other plates.

This one took a while, only because I slacked, and it also has some extra features, most prominently the rusty blood covered drill that has replaced the standard on button. Sealed with glue, and a nintendo tri-wing screw, it is also made of clear acrylic, so you get a nice glow from the green 360 lights when its on, it adds a little to the plate. It is totally original, created out of super sculpey, baked for some time, then a negative mold was made from ruber latex, finally acrylic was poured into the mold, making the crystal clear drill. The entire plate was created with different textures, so its not a smooth plate. run you fingers over it, and feel the hammered metal, and the rusty texture. Also featured is the metal face bars, two protruding eyes, and all eyes are glow in the dark.

The plate is covered in two coats of clear coat, so you can basically toss it around, although I wouldn't, and nothing is obstructed on the 360 when its installed. One small problem, the drill is slightly larger on one side, so turning on the system using the button is a little harder, but it works, you'll just need to press a little harder.
