WowInsider posted a good overview of what changes are coming to Paladins in all three trees holy, protection and retribution. Of course my biggest interests are retribution and then protection. Like the article mentions Protection got the best work done on it and the other two trees got nerfs. Mostly holy paladins but also some to ret and guess why? Cause hey we unbalance PVP yeah¡­ They balance the game for pvp which I¡¯m curious to know what the balance is vs pve. If 75% of people play the pve and 25% play the pvp portion then why does the pvp aspect affect so much the pve side? There¡¯s nothing I can do about it and it sucks apart that it affects more hybrid classes.
So the bottom line is Holy got nerfed so they can¡¯t judge movement impairing spells from far away and have endless mana? Prot got buffed to receive less damage and have exclusive use of spiritual attunement. It¡¯s a great time to be prot but then again there are so many tanks around nowadays. Last but not least retribution, this tree go slimmed down and has points left over for who knows what and it¡¯s burst aspect got clipped cause hey it has to fit in with arenas right¡­yeah.
