I need a ten word summary on why we're meant to be excited for MadWorld.
I NEED THIS GAME NOW
I just really hope that the Co-Op wont just be a minigame, Ihope you can ply through the story.
I'm waiting to form an opinion on this game.
That was definitely two player simultaneous, but I'm not sure it was co-op.
Still looked awesome though! I hope that there is a Vs mode as well.
Guys I recently edited the blog with more important info such as publishers will be tracking the sales of Madworld so if Madworld is successful we could probably see more awesome and mature games on the Wii.
From what I've heard, the game's got a fair amount of pre-orders going so far. I'm pretty damn sure it will sell over 1 million globally. I mean, even god-damn The Force Unleashed sold over a million on the Wii, and the game was average at best.
It was also encouraging to see how people reacted to the game at the NY CC. The crowds around the game were pretty huge, and even people that weren't playing couldn't take their eyes off it.
Yeah a bunch of my friends on nintendoworldreport.com either have this preordered or are buying it day 1 or week 1. And the UK/Aussie part of that user base are happy that they are getting a soundtrack as a preorder bonus.
I am not knocking the game but, it's sad when Sega chooses to promote the hell out of this based on its shock value while not promoting Valkyria Chronicles in the same light.
@Solgrim - I know that Sega advertised it pretty well in Japan but it bombed. I saw a bunch of internet ads and some magazine ads for Valkyria Chronicles but it's the combination of being lost in the shuffle and poor advertising that hurt it.
