Sorry thefil I have tried to like the previous crystal chronicl games but I just never got on with them.
Especially the first one, it had such a weak story, boring gameplay and too much reliance on the GBA link up.
I remember me an my friend played the original for about 5 hours when it came out, grew tired of it and never played it since.

While I agree that the peripheral management and getting everyone a gba and the cable to play was rather expensive, I enjoyed CC's multiplayer. And yeah, the story was shitty too, but the gameplay (I thought) was solid.
I hope this one isn't awful, but I enjoyed the original, so I'll probably enjoy it.

I was sorta a fan of the original Crystal Chronicles game on GameCube, but not so sure about the series now. But the trailer looks beautiful, I think I want to try the series again.

I kind of like the GameCube game as well. It could have been handled better, the hardware costs were insane, and it was too hard to get enough people together to play through it. But it was neat and pretty fun. Would MUCH rather have had them take a shot at doing that game properly instead of this or the terrible DS games.
