The creator noted he wanted a more rugged, common-man hero character, and it was going to be more mature, and story-driven.
Honestly, for the Wii, this is great news. In the words of Kayne West: "take this, HAAAATERS".
Especially the first one, it had such a weak story, boring gameplay and too much reliance on the GBA link up.
I remember me an my friend played the original for about 5 hours when it came out, grew tired of it and never played it since.
I hope this one isn't awful, but I enjoyed the original, so I'll probably enjoy it.
