when i was a kid, i loved shitty 8-bit megaman; i even bought megaman 2 port for pc and it was probably the first time a bust a nut;
anyways it's 2008 and meGAYman 9 is rocking the same fucking pixels. that's bullshit. if i'm to even bother the game needs to be really fucking 'blow your dick off' magic.
also, if you got hyped over the nextgen bionic commando simply 'cuz it's bionic commando, you're fucking dumb. the game was for NES, and the hype is unwarranted and ridiculous.. but not the remake; though it's probably shit, you can at least be hyped over something if you know what to expect-- not because of the name-- you tool of nostalgia.

Speaking of Batman, Batman started out in the 60s. So, does that mean when Christopher Nolan releases a new movie we shouldn't be excited, because Batman is too retro?

Releasing a classic mega man makes perfect sense. People liked the original Megaman games most it seems so Capcom have made a game that is exactly the same as one of the original Megaman thereby giving the fans of the originals exactly what they want. It is rare that you see a big publisher making such a huge change just to please its fans (and obviously make money) and I for one think its great. This game could set the trend for many good things, for example a new 2D Metroid game. If a game is good it doesnt really matter if its in 8 bit graphics or HD.
Also saying people are stupid for being excited about the new Bionic Commando simply because of the name is retarded. People that played the original Bionic Commando and loved it will obviously be glad to see it revived. The same happens whenever a sequel is made for almost anything. People will get excited simply because of what the name means. Sure it might suck balls completely but that doesnt mean that people shouldnt get excited about a franchise they like.

Well if it was the exact same batman that was released back then and said to be new, then yes I would be loathe to be hyped for that batman. I don't have much say in this whole megaman thing though. I never really was into any of them and so this new one does nothing for me.
