UPDATE: I be back!

The midnight release itself was kinda bland, but that's okay by me. It was damn windy out and we all almost
thought we were going to be left out in the wind by the clerk who was... iono, a person.

at 11:30 it was dead, I mean really dead. But this is what I expect in Kentucky. There were about 15 people
waiting by midnight, and a wild LOLLERCOASTER
appeared!

So then we got our game and went home, the end. Also, I was the ONLY girl, go figure.

Now, if you all will excuse me, I have a game to play.

Amazon Preorder for me. No hassle of asking my parents to go to Gamestop at midnight.

Downside, I gotta wait till Wednesday for my copy. I'll miss the inaugural for FNF. Damnit.

Well, gives me reason to pop in LBP.

Jeez, that was certainly a non-event. A bit disappointing.

Hopefully the game is the exact opposite.

I picked this up at midnight as well, actually around 1220 right before they were closing up shop (it was a gamestop) so I got pretty lucky, enjoying the game so far.

Anyways, if you'd like to play together sometime let me know

I bugged a HellMart electronics dept. clerk to fetch their on-hand KZ2's from the backroom around 12-ish. I don't think they intend to stock them in the shelves - there were no price tags and no place was set aside for stock. They did have 50 Cent's Blood on the Sand...and every mom's favorite - Saints Row 2 - on the shelves. No random female gamers were sighted at this "event". Sigh.

That launch was a total bust, but it was awesome running into another DTOIDER like that. Hopefully RE5 launch won't be that bad. Oh yea, game is mediocre so far. :(
