Custom King Hippo Action Figure

I have finally made a King Hippo Custom Figure. I was having a hard time finding a base figure to use, but I found a figure that is perfect.

I used a Blob build-a-figure as the base and the results came out really cool. For this piece, I went for form over function, so the legs do not move, but the arms, head, and feet still move.

I have had this done for a while, but I haven't had a chance to post it. I was beat out by fugazi's awesome custom king hippo. As always, I appreciate constructive criticism. Check out the other pictures at My Flickr Site
