Animal Crossing Adiction in Vinyl (Custom Figures)

Addiction comes in many forms, but one is a really lame game that I have come to love. Animal crossing is a very cute and very addictive game for the collector. The whole point of the game is to collect furniture and other things to fill your house. I am an avid pack rat, so this game is really fun for me.

I thought that I would turn my addiction into something creative to show off my love of this game. I used an 8" egg qee and a 2.5" bear qee to create these customs. I wanted to make it look like I stenciled the characters on, so I did not outline any of them.

I have posted a bunch of pictures on My Flickr if you would like to see more.

As always, I love to hear comments, and any critiques would be greatly appreciated. I am planning on updating everyday this week, so keep an eye out of my website.

:D That is SO cool. I also love AC. I was addicted to Wild World at one time as well. Played that shit everyday.

i've been meaning to get into the custom game.. maybe start with mighty muggs or a dunny... any suggestions for what materials to use? markers? paint? :]

also, animal crossing is not lame.. it is the most accurate life simulator out there.. without the pissing. :]

also, also, very good quality on your brush strokes.. very clean..

@16BITMONSTER I pretty much use cheap acrylic paint from Wal-Mart that costs like $1 a little container. I have found that the trick is the clear coat that you use. I use automotive clear coat, it smooths out brush strokes and makes it look a little cleaner.
