I'm a 32 year old gamer. I cannot hang out with most of you, and you should not contact me to buy you cheap wine or cigarettes. I do not like jail. Seriously, I own all three consoles and I don't discriminate. Gaming is for fun, not for sissy slapfights. If you consider yourself partial to a particular console, I don't care why you don't own other consoles, I don't want to hear about it. If you're going to bitch about something, you'd better bring some hard evidence of why you're complaining if you want to cry on my shoulder.

How ironic that it goes into the hands of the one person who rarely plays games on his PS3 and uses it more for porn and ripped DVD's.
Hmm, in any case, I'm future proofed. I'm off to sell my Sixaxis for whatever they'll gimme for it at Gamestop unless one of you guys wants it...

but i'll wait until they bring them over here.
Older games will have rumble through patches.
I think Sony said they would fix it so all games worked but maybe I'm just being super optimistic.
Some games have prebuilt in hooks for rumble already, like Lair, Uncharted, and Rachet and Clank.
I don't know an exact list of old rumble games, but I heard they plan on putting Resistance, Ridge Racer 7, and Motorstorm on the must-do list.
Now I just need a 1080i capable game to play... We'll have to wait out Xmas and see what I want to play.

Without clicking the link... Patches are already in place for rumble for certain games, others are being patched as they release patches for the individual games, others have it built into the game.
Tekken: DR - Rumble
COD4 - No rumble
Resistance - Rumble
Warcocks - No rumble, yet.
etc.
Maybe now I'll finally put it back in so I can beat it.

I totally agree. I never liked the DualShock that much either, which is why I was so disappointed to see that it was the design that Sony went with for this generation.
