no :(
I don't think we can issue a cease and desist until there is more than one Election Results blog. Therefore I charge you with FAILBLOG in the first degree, otherwise known as the sexiest degree.
I sure hope so...
RABBLE RABBLE RABBLE RABBLE
gimmie overnight, will ya? jeez...
Jumping the gun a bit there hey?
I predict a c-blog pattern forming overnight. At least 20 straight blogs.
PONG!
five minutes later...
Okay now this post is 100% justified.
....once the news got out, Facebook went fucking ballistic.
never seen so many of my black friends on at once....except for that one asian kid...
GAME OVER!!!
CONTINUE?
yes seriously...we know. stfu and move on with life.
YES WE CAN.
you mad?
GOT CHANGE.
No offense meant, but you just fucking witnessed history in the making, you do realize that don't you?
This is not an event to be trivialized.
I don't even live in America but I have been smiling my ass off since I found out that he won and I am so proud of everybody who voted for him.
So "no" is my answer. No, we cannot "just move on". If you don't want to read about it then don't, but don't expect everybody else to share your disinterest.
If you find out who won the election through dtoid, that's friggin sad.
I agree with Skribble. This is big, big stuff, for a multitude of reasons. Almost like a reverse 9/11. Don't expect the Obama posts to stop, over the next 24 hours. Maybe just avoid the c-blogs until this blows over, or something.
@dronk
No. I'm elated with the election results. This blog is meant as a buffer for all the ftards who believe the blogs are some slightly more eloquent version of /b/.
I know that a good number of people are amazed with what has happened tonight and you can count me in that number. But there needs to be some preemptive acknowledgement made that we need to get back to normal around here. There are many people who ate slept and breathed this election for nearly two years and we're looking to just shut down amidst all the overwhelming urge to rub the losers nose in the dirt.
There's also a good number of people who are apathetic to it all and want it to stop.
To you, you did all the hard work by deciding who to vote for.
To Obama, he has my congratulations, but I'll save the laudatory ass kissing for when he actually does some of what he promised.
yes you have video of games
A Time to Build: BARACK OBAMA(NVGR)
Watch out people, he's with the Cblog Mafia. You might end up with a dead horse in your election blog.
Thank god you blogged about this, it's great that he has won, but for fuck sake, one or two blogs is enough people, and yes save the ass kissing when he atually deliers on his promises, for now, lets just be happy that he has won.
I give it a week until no one cares about any of this.
Thank you for this reminder.
There should be a rule against this kind of thing. It's like a Destructoid contest in which there isn't a winner.
How about them Fallout 3's?
Penis.
That is all.
Yes, I have one.
Today's headlines: White House officially being renamed to Black House
