Yeah, I saw the new trailer earlier today. It was bad enough when I saw that toy a few weeks back, but now that the eye-laser rumors are pretty much confirmed there's not much more to say other than FUCK... Also, where's his mouth? My excitement for this flick left me when I saw the toys, now I'm seeing it purely out of morbid curiosity at just what they did to my guy DP...
They better give him a costume by the end. And knowledge of the fourth wall. And maybe those little yellow boxes.

But I don't understand because you also clearly see a very normal looking Ryan Renolds Deadpool earlier in the trailer.

There has been a mistake. That is clearly not Deadpool.
Somewhat in defense of the Hulk movie, it was fairly faithful to the spirit of the character, who did have horrible father issues, they just replaced the scary atomic bomb stuff with scary genetic engineering stuff. Still not a perfect movie, but this Deadpool doesn't even have a fucking mouth, let alone everything else that's wrong with this.

Even though it was true to the source, it doesnt make it an excuse for Hulk being a boring ass movie. And watching Eric Bana's 'acting' in that movie was like watching paint dry.

I know. I'm just saying... It isn't Ghost Rider, Daredevil or Elektra. Sam Elliot was it in, and Hulk punched the fuck out of some tanks. Come to think of it, Sam Elliot made Ghost Rider a little better too, as long as the "villains" weren't on screen it was a watchable movie.
Hulk and GR aren't impressive by any stretch, but they're better than the other two, which is to say better than absolute dreck.
I don't know a lot about deadpool, but I am almost certain he didn't fire freakin' laser beams out of his face.

Where the hell did you get the idea that that is Deadpool? I checked out MTV.com where they posted this video and nowhere does it say that is Deadpool. It doesn't say anywhere even who that character is. Do you have any proof that is Deadpool or did you just pull this out of your ass?

Deadpool was originally a regular guy. He was an assassin who was dying from cancer. So he joined Weapon X. Weapon X experimented on him with Wolverine's genes, turning his cancer into a healing factor. But it also made him bald and scarred and crazy.
So the Ryan Reynolds with hair is pre-Weapon X experiments. This is after he messes with him. But it seems like they're giving him more than just a healing factor and instead trying to make him into the ultimate mutant.
Which is stupid.

That website I linked to shows that the actor that is this mysterious mutant is not Ryan Renolds, so therefore this isn't Deadpool after he's disfigured.
They also cite that the IMDB page for the movie has an actor listed as playing a character named Weapon XI. So that's probly what this super mutant is.
I read the Deadpool disfiguration is going to be CGI of some sort, but I don't think what we see in the trailer is it.
Maybe the action figure pic is a mistake made by the toy company? Because we all know descriptions of characters on licensed action figures are always correct.
I hope that isn't Deadpool. Otherwise this film may be dead in the water (or pool) to me. Eh, eh?
Also, am I alone in thinking that Ang Lee's Hulk was, as a film, fantastic? Yep.

If the posted article about that not being Deadpool is true, then I retract most of my statements (still, fuck Fox).
But I'm waiting to see more information about it all before I forgive Fox. As of right now it's a case of taking someone's word, as opposed to a screen shot.

First of all Wolverine is Weapon X.. meaning he was created with the powers of 10 mutants.. and his code name for Alpha Flight (or whatever the new group is called after Logan leaves (while still "James" Victor Creed's brother, before adapting the name Wolverine)
Weapon XI was created with powers of 11 mutants.. (hense the healing, claws, laser eyes, etc)
Weapon X eventually becomes DeadPool (not during the movie), although with obvious changes from the original character (no mouth, and pre-costume, and obviously pre certain features such as yellow boxes)..
it was stated throughout the movie how PRE-DeadPool Ryan Reynolds never shut up, hense the lack of mouth, that was done by FOX.
YOU PEOPLE DO REALIZE THIS IS PRE- X-MEN RIGHT? SO OF COURSE THERE ARE GOING TO BE DIFFERENCES.. Victor Creed not Sabretooth.. Weapon XI not DeadPool.. James is becoming Weapon X who then becomes Wolverine.. Does any of this make sense now? Please tell me someone out there is not a brain-dead retard
