Chibi-Robo: The Book

So after I bought the import of Last Window through Amazon, I decided that maybe my DS buying days were not over. In fact, there are two game never released in the US that I wanted to add to my collection. The first was Freshly Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland, which nearly completes my collection of owning every worthwhile Zelda game (still waiting for the VC release of Oracle of Age/Seasons). That arrived last week with my copy of Adventure Time (it was a very Zelda shipment).

The other game was Okaeri! Chibi-Robo! Happy Richie Oosouji. I know I won't be able to understand a single word of text in the game, but I love Chibi-Robo. Unfortunately, it's too expensive for me to get right now, but I hope down the road I'll be able to bring it home.

I was all ready to leave the webpage until something caught my eye: a book titled Chibi-Robo! http://www.amazon.com/Chibi-Robo-Jesse-Russell/dp/5510578629/ref=pd_sim_sbs_vg_6Now, I've seen the self-published Legend of Zelda book on Amazon and that already disgusts me. I was expecting the same thing until I read the description. If I'm reading it correctly, this "book" is just a Wikipedia article. Clearly, there has to be more to it because it's 86 pages long and the Chibi-Robo Wikipedia isn't that long. But this is really a new low, even more so when you factor in that A) you can't look in the book, and b) it's $20.



I really try not to hate people, but dammit it's really tough when you have a-holes like these.
